I don't know what happened, but the level of attention to detail at this facility is no longer the case. They were constantly improving the building, the grounds. I could always count on something 'new' each year. It was evident the owner/manager had a great deal of attention to detail and truly cared about guests and their accommodations. Previous stays have always garnered a great review from me, as well as a tip for the Housekeeping Staff.
I have been staying at this particular La Quinta at least once a year for almost 15 years! This is by far the WORST experience I've ever had here and I must attribute it to the fact they now belong to the Wyndham 'family' of hotels.
